Domus Nova is an independent estate agent specialising in luxury, design-led properties in West London. We were briefed with the task of reinventing their digital platform to meet the modern demands of their clients.
The creative vision behind the site focuses on the idea of telling compelling stories, and brings together Domus Nova's two unique offerings - exceptional, architect-designed properties, and a passion for the local area.
Firstly, we dramatically redesigned the way the luxurious properties are showcased, to create a richer experience. Each property listing now tells a story - from architecture and design, to the historical. While an array of insights and stories about local people and places illustrates Domus Nova's unique knowledge of and passion for their neighbourhood.
With the previous website based in flash - and with virtually no search presence - we built the new site entirely in HTML5. It is optimised for desktop, tablet and smartphone devices, with the tools and content of each experience specifically tailored to the creative potential of the platform. As well as offering an integrated user experience, the new website gives Domus Nova's clients the opportunity to access remarkable properties, wherever they are.
Also at the heart of the new website are innovative, best practice property search tools - creating a dynamic new way for clients to find their dream homes, and inspiring anyone looking to move to the area to buy into the Notting Hill lifestyle.
Underpinning the lavish user experience and bold photographic style of the website is a wealth of content that support clients at all different stages in their property journey - from buyers and tenants, to sellers and landlords.
At every level the site blends a visually rich look and feel with a solid user experience, as well as combining Domus Nova's luxurious properties with unique local insights. Users are invited to buy into a lifestyle, as much as a property.
